Project development
VPP offers a comprehensive solution for the technical operation of solar power plants and industrial solar systems; and also for trading the produced electricity as follows:
Solar power plant project development
- Project preparation
- Scouting for land that best serves the attainment of the business and technical objectives of the solar project
- Project preparation
- Scouting for land that best serves the attainment of the business and technical objectives of the solar project
- Assessing the environmental characteristics of the selected project site, reviewing urban planning considerations
- Preparing a concept for implementation based on preliminary surveys - Technical and financial modelling
- Providing professional support in the process of concluding land use or land acquisition agreements
- Clarifying the characteristics relevant for the connection to the electricity system - Preparing a connection request
- Managing the administration of the licensing procedure with Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (MEKH), if necessary
- Preparing a business plan for project financing
- Technical design and licensing
- Preparing network connection plans (network licensee)
- Planning complete with a building permit, licensing (Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, MEKH)
- Planning complete with cable rights permit, licensing (Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, MEKH)
- Preparing architectural and electrical construction plans
- Managing the technical administration and consultation with the authorities regarding the above
Ipari célú napelemes rendszerek projektfejlesztése
- Project preparation – Concept design
- Identifying the areas suited for the installation of a solar system – examining the shadow effect, 3D modelling, determining safety distances, mapping static and utility conditions
- Running production simulation using the HelioScope and PVSyst design programs
- Determining the optimal performance of the solar system based on the Customer's annual consumption profile - minimizing losses, finalizing system size
- Determining the electrical connection possibilities of the solar system
- Technical design and licensing
- Preparing and licensing network connection plans (network licensee)
- Preparing and licensing building licensing plans (competent Government Office) – for an installed capacity exceeding 500 kWac
- Obtaining a consolidated small-scale power plant license (Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, MEKH ) – for an installed capacity exceeding 500 kWac
- Preparing construction plans, including licensing, if necessary (network licensee)
- aFRR accreditation – in accordance with MAVIR's operational regulations, regarding electricity producing equipment operating without feed-in capacity and equipped with reverse power protection
