Onsite energy supply for Rózsakert Shopping Center

Development and construction of a small-scale CHP power plant with all-round energy supply

The independent energy system created in the 16,000 m², five-storey Rózsakert Shopping Centre replaced the previous purchase of energy with safer, more cost-effective and all-round energy supply. Despite the physical limitations, it was possible to optimally fit in the new gas-powered small-scale power plant - at the entrance of the underground garage - replacing the old transformer room. The shopping centre operated with unchanged opening hours during the implementation of the investment project, and we paid particular attention to the special needs of the elegant urban living environment.
