VPP boasts one of the most experienced wind farm development teams in Hungary, which has accomplished the design of a 120 MW wind farm portfolio, as well as obtaining the related environmental and building permits. The wind turbine constructed in Lövő is located in Győr-Moson-Sopron County, which has excellent wind conditions.
The wind turbine was set up in an agricultural area a few kilometres from the Austrian border. Following a 4-year preparatory and development phase, the implementation took four months. The generated electricity reaches E-ON's public network via a 2 km target cable.
